Come join us for our next Pulmonary Hypertension Support Group Meeting!Our pulmonary hypertension support group meets four times a year. It is attended by patients and caregivers as well as members of our healthcare team. It is a great place for patients to meet each other and share their experiences. It is a place to learn and support one another. In addition, there are educational presentations on pulmonary hypertension to help you better understand the disease and to help you to live your life with PAH. We look forward to having you join us at our next meeting. And of course, a free dinner is included! |
